Return & Refund Policy

Return window: We accept returns only within 4 days of delivery and only if the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item/size was sent.

Return fee: A ₹150 return processing fee is paid by the customer for every approved return.

If your return is approved, we’ll issue a prepaid return label and deduct ₹150 from your refund to cover return handling.

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

No returns or refunds for

  • Size issues (e.g., you ordered the wrong bed size or fit preference).

  • Color/design preferences (including shade differences due to lighting or screen settings).

Note: Minor variations are normal for textiles. Slight color differences, print placement shifts, and measurement tolerances of upto 10% are not considered.

Eligibility for approved returns

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and unsoiled

  • In its original packaging with all tags/labels

  • Accompanied by the order number and proof of purchase

  • Supported with an unboxing video without pause, clearly showing the package opening and defect/damage (mandatory for all return claims)

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

How to start a return (approved reasons only)

Email jaipurheritagesheets@gmail.com within 4 days of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return (defect/damage/wrong item)

  • Clear photos of the issue and the outer packaging (if damaged in transit)

  • The unboxing video without pause

If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. The ₹150 fee will be deducted from your refund.

Damages & issues

Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

  • Washed/used items, items without original packaging/tags

  • Customized/monogrammed products (if any)

  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

We don’t offer exchanges for size or color/design preferences.
For approved cases (wrong/defective item), a replacement may be arranged subject to stock; otherwise, a refund will be processed.

Refunds (approved returns only)

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Refund amount = Product price paid (excluding original shipping) minus ₹150 return fee.

Your bank/issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
